Why should you report?
Any report on adverse reactions, even on known reactions, can contribute to detect problems related to the use of drug products.
That is the reason why ANMAT Pharmacovigilance Department calls on all professionals of health to report drug-related suspected adverse events.
In this regard, importance should be given to the following:
Suspicion of adverse reactions of new active ingredients during their first five years of use.
Serious adverse reactions of all the drug products marketed nationwide. Serious adverse reactions are reactions that can be life-threatening, cause death, hospitalization or its prolongation, disability or congenital effects.
Interactions with other drugs, alcohol and food.
