A cosmetic product is a preparation made of natural or synthetic substances or their blending, intended for external use on different parts of the human body: skin, hair system, nails, lips, external genital organs, teeth and mucous membranes of the oral cavity, with the exclusive or main purpose of cleaning them, perfuming them or changing their appearance, protecting them or maintaining them in a good condition and/or correcting body odors. Cosmetic products do not purport a therapeutic activity.
